Payment can be made via PayPal, direct bank deposit, money order or bank cheque.

All goods are to remain in title and property of Tooth & Claw Productions until fully paid and cheques are cleared (this can take up to 5 working days from receipt of payment). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the price of the goods shall be that as charged by Tooth & Claw Productions at the date of order, plus any transportation, freight, postage, packaging, handling, insurance and goods and services tax ("GST") along with any other amount which the supplier is required to pay on account of sales unless otherwise stated in the price structure.

All possible care and attention is taken with packaging, however we will not be responsible for any damage incurred during transit. Delivery dates and times quoted are estimates only and Tooth & Claw Productions shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising as a result or consequence of any failure to deliver or delay in delivery of any goods arising from any circumstances which are outside Tooth & Claw Productions control.

Returns

Tooth & Claw Productions will not accept and replace any damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling. An authority reference number must be obtained (see contact details) prior to any goods being returned. Any goods returned must be in their original packaging accompanied with the original invoice. Tooth & Claw Productions reserve the right to charge an administration/handling fee of 10% to any returns. All freight costs in relation to returns are at the Customer's expense.

Limitation of Liability

Tooth & Claw Productions shall not be liable to the customer or the customer's servants, agents, customers or representatives for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damages of any nature howsoever caused (whether based on tort or contract or otherwise) including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of production, loss of sales opportunity or business reputation, direct or indirect labour costs and overhead expenses and damage to equipment or property or any other claim whatsoever arising directly or indirectly or in any way attribute to the performance of the sales, contract and in no event shall any claim be recognised unless the claim is in writing and received by Tooth & Claw Productions within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery. In any event, the liability of Tooth & Claw Productions under any sales contract is limited to the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods or the repair of the goods.

Any order placed by the customer is deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions. Each order by the customer is subject to acceptance or rejection by Tooth & Claw Productions and is not binding on Tooth & Claw Productions prior to Tooth & Claw Productions acceptance of it. Tooth & Claw Productions may refuse to proceed with any sales contract at any time if the customer's credit is or becomes unsatisfactory.
